This is my latest project. It is a shadow box(kind of) from my New England trip. Everything in the book is from my trip. I loved this project. I don't know if I should hang it on the wall or just start a bookshelf with vacation shadow boxes. It is not completely finished, but I only have one more thing to add.

What a great idea. I would find a place to display it for awhile.

I think you should hang it somewhere. That way each time you pass by it - it will make you smile and have happy thoughts about your vacation.

I promise I'm not trying to ruin your blog. Those 2 deleted comments are from me. My comment didn't post fast enough so I kept hitting the "publish" button. SORRY!

I love it! I love things that remind me of vacation. I suppose there is a word for that- souvenir. Boy, am I smart. Definitely hang it up somewhere.

Are you trying to tease us by writing "...I only have one more thing to add..." real mysterious-like. In keeping with the Halloween spirit.I bet it's a dead bird's head or something equally morbid. Sorry. Now I ruined the spirit of your good-natured post.

I vote for display it's too cute to hide away on a bookshelf.

Yes, head of dead bird fits Salem vacation. Tabi says, "Thank you!"

I lobe it! I just went back to fix that typo abn then remembered whose blog I am on and decided to leave it that way. I think that I will start to lobe a lot of things.
This reminds me of when we went to Sonic and David was getting flustered trying to give and take orders. He ordered Lauren an Oreo Blawst. We laughed so hard and now that is the only way we can order ice cream at Sonic.

A huge bookcase filled with these 'vacation books' would be awesome.

I love this project. I think I am w/ Marcy though. A whole bookshelf filled w/ vacation shadow boxes would be awesome.
Maybe display it until you've made one or two more, then start your bookshelf collection.

One, how popular are you? Who gets 18 comments on a blog? WOW! Next, Pumpkins? Finally, how did you get your post page to be like this so you can still listen to music at the same time?

Monique, the pumpkins comment is about her profile on the side. She has had Pumpkins spelled like "pumkins" since she started this thing. I told her about it awhile ago and every time I look at her blog I check to see if she has fixed it. She finally did. Yeah, I know I'm weird.

Yes, thanks to Sheri my #'s were boosted up. To fix your comments go to customize, then settings, then comments. Scroll down the page a bit and you come to Show comment in a pop up window, click yes and there you go.
