Boston is the hippest kid in Hipville.

Boston was ordained a deacon today. It was so cool to see Bos take such a big step in his life. Weird. I'm having kind of a hard time trying to describe why this was so cool to me. I guess I'm just glad he thinks this is something important and worthwhile. He was really looking forward to this. He really got into working on his Faith in God and preparing to receive the priesthood. Also along with turning twelve came his first time at mutual and tonight he went to his first fireside. I have a lot of mixed feelings thinking back on those times in my life but one thing I can't help but remember is how much my testimony grew. I'm really excited for Boston to experience everything that comes with being in the young mens program and believe you me he is too.

I of course forgot my camera today so here are some silly face shots of B man. He really is in his zone while playing catch. Click on the pic to get the full experience.

Congratulations to Boston! We are so sad that we couldn't be there. Blast $4.10 a gallon gas! We love you guys and miss you all so much. We're also really proud of Boston, as well as the rest of the fam for being so supportive and helping him get to where he is today. Keep on rockin'.

A couple weeks ago we had to pull Boston aside during sharing time to ask him something. As soon as he left, Brenda, Julie and I all looked at each other and said "He's really cute!"

It was fun to see him walk up on the stand. He was totally beaming! You could tell he could hardly wait to get up there and get his certificate and know that he was out of primary and onto bigger and better things. Tell him Congratulations!

Congrats Boston! What an exciting day!

I clicked onto your site and the music started to play, and Tyler instantly started to rock out. In the 10 month old way. It was so cute.

Any mom that starts a post about her kid with the hippest kid in Hipville is bound to have cool kids.

That's great that he's been so excited for this step. I've only been gone a year but it's weird to think of him graduating from primary. Congrats to you all.

That kid was SO ready to leave primary (in a good way) but we are so sad to see him go.
